Thomas S. Van, Esq. is an experienced business and litigation attorney with over 21 years of success in representing Fortune 500 companies and individual clients in financial services, product liability, real estate, and regulatory compliance projects.

Mr. Van’s expertise encompasses all aspects of litigation relating to financial services, automotive industry, real estate, mortgage banking, loan origination and servicing, commercial and personal asset management, contract disputes, title insurance, land use, real estate transactions, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical and medical products liability, and a myriad of regulatory compliance matters.

Mr. Van graduated from the UCLA School of Law, where he received Moot Court Honors, and assisted in the prosecution of environmental cases as a law clerk with the Environment Section of the California Attorney General’s Office. Prior to law school, Mr. Van graduated UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Specialization in Asian American Studies. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Van was a law clerk with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Special Litigation Section, and volunteered extensively with UCLA Unicamp to bring the joy of camping to young adults in Southern California. Committed to giving back and connecting with the community, Mr. Van volunteers with the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County, and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and California Lawyer’s Association.
