As the Human Resources Director, Melissa Buckle brings over 12 years of experience in strategic HR leadership, specializing in employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth. She is deeply committed to fostering people-first cultures and works closely with leadership to create environments where teams can thrive.
Prior to joining us, Melissa spearheaded HR initiatives at Rectangle Health, where she developed and launched a leadership development program, implemented a people analytics and workforce planning platform, introduced a new employee recognition program, and led efforts to transform company culture. Known for her collaborative approach, thoughtful problem-solving, and steadfast dedication to prioritizing people, Melissa plays a key role in driving business success.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys quality time with her family and spending time outdoors.
