Michael Milstead is a partner, steering the firm’s New Jersey and Pennsylvania operations. His legal journey began in 1990 when he served as an assistant prosecutor in Camden County, New Jersey, taking on significant felony cases. Later, he transitioned into private practice, where he specialized in commercial defense and litigation.
By 2001, Michael channeled his expertise into founding Milstead & Associates, a prestigious creditor’s rights law firm operating in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. For over two decades, this firm has been exclusively dedicated to mortgage servicing. This foundation and leadership eventually led to its merger with ALAW.
