As Chief Marketing Officer at ALAW, Susan leads the shift toward a modern brand that reflects the firm’s legal capabilities and technology focus. She aligns marketing with measurable outcomes and creates programs that support the full customer lifecycle.

Previously, as EVP of Marketing at Voxtur Analytics Corp., Susan led strategies that enhanced brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Her earlier roles at Ignite Technologies and BMC Software included directing integrated campaigns, overseeing acquisition integration for 30+ companies, and managing comprehensive marketing programs across enterprise sectors. She has also served as an advisor to several start-up, technology and AI companies.
