Biography

Natalia Larson is a seasoned legal executive with extensive experience in strategic legal leadership, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, litigation and dispute management, enterprise risk management, and legal operations across the financial services and real estate technology industries. Her career spans law firm leadership, in-house counsel roles, compliance oversight, and legal technology, providing a broad perspective on the legal, operational, and regulatory challenges facing today’s default servicing organizations. Natalia is known for combining practical business judgment with a risk-based legal approach, helping organizations navigate complex regulatory environments, building high-performing legal and compliance teams, and aligning legal strategy with broader business objectives.

As Chief Legal Officer, Natalia leads the firm’s legal, compliance, and human resources functions, providing strategic leadership across legal operations, governance, enterprise risk management, employment matters, and regulatory compliance. She serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and oversees litigation strategy, outside counsel relationships, and risk mitigation initiatives across 33 jurisdictions, helping align legal and operational objectives with the firm’s broader business strategy. She is also responsible for ensuring the firm’s legal and compliance infrastructure remains aligned with the evolving needs of clients, regulators, and the marketplace, including some of the nation’s largest institutional lenders, servicers, and investors.

Natalia’s legal career began in 2012 at Oversite Data Services, ALAW’s litigation analytics and legal technology subsidiary. Over the following years, she advanced from Associate Attorney to Vice President, helping drive organizational growth while strengthening her expertise in outside counsel management, litigation strategy, operational risk, and data-driven legal decision-making. Her experience at the intersection of legal services and technology provided valuable insight into how innovation can enhance compliance, efficiency, and risk management.

In 2016, Natalia expanded her leadership responsibilities by joining ALAW as Senior Counsel for Legal Compliance, where she led the compliance function. In that role, she developed deep expertise in the complex regulatory framework governing default servicing, advising on federal, state, and local compliance matters while supporting high-volume legal operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Natalia joined Voxtur Analytics Corp., a publicly traded real estate technology company, in 2021, where she spent nearly five years in progressively senior legal leadership roles. As Associate General Counsel, she led contract negotiations, regulatory compliance initiatives, and merger and acquisition due diligence across a complex, multi-jurisdictional organization. In 2023, she was promoted to General Counsel, assuming responsibility for enterprise-wide legal strategy, corporate governance, litigation oversight, regulatory affairs, and risk management. During her tenure, she played a key leadership role in complex corporate transactions, cross-border legal matters, governance initiatives, and enterprise transformation efforts, including navigating significant restructuring and organizational change.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Natalia is a Charter Member of The L Suite (TechGC), an invitation-only community of senior chief legal officers and general counsel dedicated to advancing leadership, professional development, and collaboration within the in-house legal profession.

Natalia earned her Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School, where she also received a Certificate in International and Comparative Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from Florida State University and is a member of The Florida Bar.
