As Chief Information Security Officer, Kirk designs and oversees the security policies and controls for the technology infrastructure that supports the Firm’s multi-state operations while protecting compliance, continuity, and client trust. In an industry where one breach or regulatory failure can damage lender relationships overnight, he has built enterprise grade systems that go beyond institutional standards.
With more than 20 years of technology leadership in financial services, Kirk brings a rare perspective. He has worked on both sides of the equation. At Lender Processing Services and Mortgage Cadence, two of the industry’s most complex technology environments, he delivered large scale solutions under intense regulatory scrutiny and institutional oversight. That experience shaped his disciplined approach to risk management, grounded in both product strategy and security architecture.
At ALAW, Kirk leads the full scope of IT governance. He oversees vendor compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity across a multi-state enterprise. Under his direction, the firm has implemented security infrastructure built for institutional lenders operating in a heightened regulatory environment. As a result, ALAW’s proprietary platforms strengthen the firm’s market position rather than expose it to risk.
