Biography
Scott Walter is the Chief Operating Officer at ALAW, overseeing the firm’s legal operations, non-legal business divisions, and technology portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience across legal services, mortgage servicing, and fintech, Scott is renowned for driving enterprise-wide transformation and aligning operational execution with strategic growth goals.
Before his current tenure at ALAW, Scott held key executive roles at Voxtur, including Chief of Staff and Head of the Transformation Management Office. He also led Voxtur’s Default Solutions division, a national platform offering technology and services to financial institutions managing distressed assets. Earlier in his career, Scott was Senior Vice President of Servicing Solutions at ServiceLink, the national lending platform of Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF). In this role, he developed consultative programs that enhanced operational efficiency for top mortgage servicers.
Scott also held senior leadership positions at Lender Processing Services and Black Knight Financial Services (NYSE: ICE), where he played a pivotal role in the development and operationalization of the LoanSphere platform—one of the industry’s leading default management systems. Scott is recognized for his ability to optimize cross-functional performance, lead complex organizations, and deliver impactful results across diverse business models and operating environments.
