Philip Reznik serves as Managing Attorney for Florida, bringing more than 15 years of default industry experience to his role. He began his career in 2008, representing debtors in bankruptcy and foreclosure matters before transitioning to creditor-side representation in 2014, a shift that gave him a rare, well-rounded perspective on the full arc of default litigation. His background spans Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, foreclosure, and eviction matters for both debtors and creditors alike.
Today, Philip concentrates his practice on creditor representation in mortgage foreclosure litigation, real estate and title matters, appeals, and related mortgage proceedings across Florida’s state and federal courts.
Philip earned his Bachelor of Arts in Language and World Business from the University of Tennessee in 2004 and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern College of Law in 2007. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2007 and is admitted to practice in both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He resides in St. Petersburg with his wife and two children.
