Tampa, Florida — Florida-based law firm ALAW is proud to announce the promotion of Jaclyn Palazzolo to Partner overseeing the Firm’s Attorney Closing Division. Palazzolo’s practice focuses on all aspects of the Firm’s REO, Title, and Closing Services. She demonstrates a keen ability to quickly identify and resolve client matters while focusing on her industry relationships and team leadership. The promotion became effective January 1, 2022.

Palazzolo has extensive experience overseeing thousands of transactions monthly for the Firm’s national title and settlement services, including residential purchase, attorney closings services, refinance, REO transactions, and commercial work.
Before joining the Firm, Palazzolo worked as the managing title attorney for a statewide title and settlement company while also practicing foreclosure, guardianship, and estate planning.
Palazzolo is a licensed Florida Attorney based out of the Firm’s headquarters in Tampa, Florida. As a Florida native, she completed her undergraduate degree at Florida State University, receiving a dual Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminology. Palazzolo earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.
