Biography

Litigation Attorney, Florida

Philip Reznik is a managing attorney in the firm’s General Litigation Department. He has been in the default industry since 2008, representing debtors from 2008 until 2014, when he transitioned to representing creditors. His background includes representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy, foreclosure, and eviction matters. He currently concentrates his practice on representing creditors in litigation stemming primarily from mortgage foreclosures, in real estate and title related matters, appeals, and other mortgage related matters in state and federal courts throughout Florida.

Philip is a 2004 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts in Language and World Business. He is a 2007 graduate of the Nova Southeastern College of Law. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2007. He holds memberships in both the Federal Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He resides in St. Petersburg, FL, with his wife and two children.
